They are a famous fruit in the United States and are growing all over the country because they taste sweet and are good. Blueberries good for health because they are full of antioxidants, vitamin C and fibre. Most people eating them fresh, frozen or in jams, jellies and syrups. You can bake with blueberries and put on rice, yoghurt and ice cream. You can find in grocery shops and supermarkets all year long, but June through August is usually best time to buy them.
